Bore Water
Bore water appears to be available at most places, though the amounts can be very different between even adjacent properties.
Rainfall
The rainfall at one property for the 13 years to the end of 2017 was about 650 mm per year, though it can be quite variable in any one year.
Soil Types
The soil in Morangup tends to be pea gravel loam with variable amounts of rock on the surface. Some of the rock is bedrock, while the remainder are usually "floaters".
